II. Competence tests

III. Interview with selected candidates - all selected candidates are interviewed by a psychologist and a specialist in a given field.

Stages II and III may be tackled at one meeting. 

IV. Recruitment decision - comprehensive evaluation, candidate acceptance and employment decision
