Process Solutions

Process management is much more than just documenting procedures. A single solution cannot adequately manage all business-specific processes in various organizations as even management of vacation request needs to be tailored to the needs and requirements of a company. We design and develop dedicated applications that improve particular business processes within a given organization. These applications need to be adjusted to the organizational and business model and to the scope of activity of a given client. They can be fully web-based or they can use alternative interfaces (deskop applications, mobile applications). They can be applied internally (intranet) or externally (extranet).

A key to successful implementation of an application or a system is to optimally adjust them to internal organizational processes. It is important to identify the nature of a system and to avoid informationalizing the whole business - some areas need to be governed by extra-systemic procedures and rules that can be automatically adapted to constantly changing business conditions.
